Its a good thing that you want to start your own business. You can follow these steps:
- Make a business plan including the scale of your business and the investment required.
- Search for an appropriate office and an investor (if required)
- Register your firm
- Do necessary hirings
- Buy appropriate equipment
- set a pricing plan
- Publish brochures and ads
- Do some marketing and get clients.
You can start off on a small scale. And it would eventually turn big.

I agree with the suggestions. One more idea should be considered. If you already have experience in that area, you might consider buying an existing office cleaning business for sale.
