In normal business there are only 4 P's name as

Product: What the the goods or services would be.
Price: What would be the price?
Place: where you want to open the store or where you want to sell it and to whom?
Promotion: what promotion medium you would choose for marketing your product.

but for service industries 3 more P's added which are
People: who will directly impact the business (employees, customers, worker etc).
Process: What procedure, techniques and methods were used to achieve quality product and to get customer satisfaction.
Physical Evidence: What proof should be given to customers to satisfy them.
