After a steady amount of use,the first time might make you vomit so you have to be quite persistent,your receptors in the brain crave the drug and if the user doesnt take the drug it can make them very ill or cause death ,you have to wean yourself off or use a substitute such as methadone which is also an addictive substance that you have to wean yourself off of.  When using heroine your tolerance levels increase so you need a little bit more to get high,then you get to the stage where you have to take it just to feel normal without being high,most addicts are dead by twenty years abusing or tragically die before from contaminates or overdose, nasty and very sad for the people around the users.

Withdrawal is hell ....so it is very hard to say no knowing you are going to be very very sick so you do more and more to keep from getting sick
