How Could You Be An Asset To The Call Center Company?

    Always be polite but answer the questions as quick as you can.  When i worked in a call center there were 20 of us.  We worked 10 a day.  We had over 2000 calls sitting in our bank.  We were  told to be polite but to keep our calls down to 3 minutes per call.  We were averaging about 80-100 call a piece.  So the ones that were able to do close to 100 calls a day became an asset to the company.  You have to keep the customer focused on the problem, do not let them stray from the subject.  Good luck!!!
