How Do You Negotiate With A Dog Breeder?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

First of all you collect information from dog breeder and ask him how he would go for dog breeding and test his knowledge. When you think that he is a professional dog breeder then you can negotiate with him. You can tell him that there are many dog trainers that are providing their services for dog training. In this way you can negotiate for price with dog training.

A good/responsible breeder may occasionally consider a reasonable offer but they don't actually really negotiate. OBO, SALE, anything like that is often a warning sign. It may seem like a lot of money to you but they are already in the hole......... They also help you with the training and stuff after you've been picked as a good match for one of the pup's.
