My cat keeps making strange tail movement and shivers at the same time. This started a week ago, 1 month after her 1st litter should i be worried?

 It is not common, but female cats have been known to spray, usually caused by some sort of internal or renal problem.  You say 1st litter, I'm hoping you plan to have her spayed, unless you are breeding for specific reason.  When spayed or neutered, the cat will live a longer healthier life.  Vet should check out symptoms if behavior is constant.
