Why Is My Dog's Nose Dry, Rough And Cracked And Nose Running?
I am worried about my dog who had always been healthy with a wet cold nose. Now her nose is dry and cracked. Her nose is running. She has lost weight. She pants more than usual in a cool house and does not have quite so much energy (I walk her instead of her walking me)

You obviously need to take your dog to the doctor. He probably just has a common cold. But it could advance to something if you don't get him medicine. It's most likely nothing big, but you may want a vet to check it out anyway.

Your dogs nose is like that because it is sick, try asking your Vet, and find out what is wrong. It could be just a cold or something small but it could be serious too! I hope your dog will be okay=)

It could be a cold, but I've never heard of such a weight loss with a cold. I would get her to the vet a.s.a.p. To get her checked out. I hate to say it, but something could have bit her, or there could be something serious internally going on here. Hope this helps, good luck.

Its dry because your dog doesnt drink a lot of water it drinks less or none!!!! Give the poor dog some water
