What Causes A Sore Tongue?

I was treated 10 months ago for H.pylori with antibiotics and have had a sore tongue on and off ever since then. I was treated for thrush and am taking extra B vitamins but the symptoms persist. I have seen my gastrenterologist, family doctor and dentist and they all say everything looks normal. I am seeing a ENT doctor this week.

When one eats too much sugar, it causes an overgrowth of a yeast called Candida.  It makes the tongue very sore and raw.  The medical term for this is called "Oral Thrush" which is yeast overgrowth.  The way to stop this immediately is to take cortisone.  The way to stop it in a few days is to use a good anti-candida natural product called Candidastat.  This helps kill off yeast overgrowth.  Also, a good probiotic helps to kill off yeast overgrowth.  The most important change to make is to stop eating too much sugar and taking antibiotics for too long.  Antibiotics kill of the good bacteria in the mouth which promotes candida overgrowth.  Too much sugar consumption on a daily basis is also a common cause of yeast overgrowth.
