I certainly think it a good idea he ran on the promise that the house would once again belong to the people as it should be for the people,of the people and by the people, his campaign funds came from ordinary people not big special interest people that in turn need and get special favors and end up with government favoring them and we the people suffer and have no say, that is my opinion and I welcome yours...Thanks

I think that is a good idea and I like it.  But is that what he is saying because he wants everyone on his good side and is saying what we want to hear.  I will believe everything he says when we see it happen.  But I think it is good if this web site is lidgit and he really does it what he states and really does take and read the nations opinions.  I am beginning to like him.  I didn't like either candidates, I never even voted.  But I hope he does what he says and I will believe everything when I see it.

One thing I have learned,is everything we read does not have to be the truth and Obama has not tried to correct anything that was said because he knew a lot of it was lies, but when it got out about Bush not ever going to service because of his dads influence,he was fired, that's not fair and nothing could be done as he was the President and did not want that known. Thanks for your answer

I think it's awesome! ;) what better way to get americans involved in the political system again. With the steady decline in eligible voters actually voting since the sixties there has to be a change made to somehow get people involved again ;)

Thank you for your answer and realizing that being involved is the answer, how does a guy in washington help the people and don't know or care what impact a decision will have on the constituents.

Exactly! And I also believe that an involved electorate reduces corruption as well. I must be twisted! It seems the older I get the more idealistic I become! Lol! ;)

I think it could be a good idea, but it could also be bad if those who disagreed with him suffered. I don't trust him, and I will have to see if he really does help our country.

I think it is a great idea!  Washington is so out of touch with the rest of the country.  They spend most their time socializing with lobbyist and fellow constituents and haven't a clue as to how to process information with the idea of finding solutions to problems.  All they know to do is spin the story so they look good.  I think it would be a very empowering thing for Obama to do.  It would keep his approval ratings high and it might just furnish him with some really innovative ways to get this country back on track.
