How Long Should You Bake A London Broil?
I am baking a London broil. I am trying to find out how long I should bake it and at what temperature I should be baking it.

If you can, I grill it for about 30-45 minutes. Prior to grilling, I make certain it's marinated. You've made me hungry!

I make mine very slow in the oven, kind of like a roast really. Bake at about 250 degrees for about 6 hours. Fork tender is how it comes out. Hope this helps.
