How Do I Get The Perm Out Of My Hair?

Answer Question

I guess the first question I have is, are you talking perm or relaxer? If its relaxer you could use a product called BacStat which is designed to neutralize the chemicals in relaxers. The shampoo that comes with the relaxers is not strong enough to neutrilize anything stronger than water. For more info check my site at www.thenextlevelhairdesignz.com

If you have a perm in your hair, it is easy to reverse. Just wet your hair, apply perm solution, gently comb thru, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, (depending on how curly it is), riinse really well, gently towel dry, apply the neutralizer for 5 minutes, then rinse.
You may have a problem purchasing a perm though, unless you have a cosmetology license. If that is the case, then just go back to the shop where you had the perm done and tell them that you want to reverse it. If they say that they can't, tell them what I just told you.
If you have a relaxer, that is not a perm and is totally different chemicals.

I think they were asking how can they strip the perm/relaxer from the hair. If you have a relaxer you will have to cut it out or let it grow out. I really wish someone would create a product that does this.
