1)Stay away from breads and sugar.....best bread to eat is defiantly 100% whole wheat ( not just wheat...but 100% whole wheat bread) and you should also limit that.
2) Jog and Walk at least one mile a day..... ( between two stop lights is a mile.....so is walking walking to and back a canal id there is one close by, but make sure you have an adult supervise you or cell-phone or something.)
3) eat a balanced PROTEIN, CARBOHYDRATE, AND FAT in each meal.
4) join a sport or active activity.
4) sleep eight hours no more than nine and no less than seven.
5) loose the stress it will prevent stressful eating habits.
6) stay busy....you wont necessarily think about eating!!!
7) 5 servings of both fruits and vegetables DAILY
8)most defiantly dont eat any processed artificial foods , soda etc...it stores un-wanted fat.
9) exercise at least 30 minutes a day!
10) you will be fit in no timeee!!!!
P.s its okay to cheat every once and awhile LETS say you go to a birthday party and grab yourself a piece of cake !!!! One piece of cake !!!! Specialize that as your trophey for a hard work of healthy eating and exercise......than just start back up again the nexy day!!!
