Hunting is a natural part of the outdoors.State wildlife agencies recognized long ago that game populations are best controlled by a biologically sound regulated hunting program.A certain amount of land will naturally produce enough forage/food for so many animals. If the # of animals grows beyond the lands ability to produce food for them there is an overall decline in health,up to illness and possibly starvation if populations remain unchecked.
Also,deer/vehicle collisions cause damage/deaths every year.too many means more to cross the roads.I bet your insurance agent can attest to that, especially in suburbs and rural areas.
Wild game is also very nutritious, leaner than its domestic counterparts, all natural,no steroids or growth hormone injections there.Food banks around the country benefit greatly from Hunters for the Hungry type programs. These work by successful hunters that donate deer to be processed and distributed to needy families that would be hungry otherwise.
So no,hunting isn't wrong, but it is an emotional issue for some.It is not a sport for everyone,I look forward to hunting season every year, its a part of me,a natural part of what I do.Good times spent afield w/family and friends in the pursuit of game that believe it or not ,takes a certain degree of skill to be consistently successful at,is one of the things I love.I guess if you have to ask,you might not understand.

I don't think it is wrong that is part of nature, everything we see here on earth was put here as a means of survival, even animals hunt, for food etc. So how is hunting going to be wrong?.......good luck
