Why Am I More Productive At Certain Times Of The Day?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The body has its own rhythms, we tend to be more productive at times when our body is at its peak.  After lunch, most of the blood in your body is rushing away from places it is not vital to help digest your large meal, the larger the meal, the dumber you get! Try it, eat a large meal of stodgy food and see how lethargic, slow and actually a little stupider that you get!

Early in the morning, you are probably dehydrated and groggy from your sleep, in order to be affective in the morning, you need to wake yourself up from the sleep and from any effects of your breakfast, that's why so many people feel they want to go back to sleep after breakfast!

In the middle of the afternoon, most people's levels drop and they find that some point between three thirty and four thirty the hardest time, probably we look at the clock the most as it creeps towards five!
