    Before the birth of a baby, what decides weather it will be a boy or a girl?Is it decided at conception, or later?Does the baby get to choose?

    No one decides about it. It is from God. What happens in a biological way is that when x chromosome from men meets with x chromosome of women, a girl is born and when y chromosome meets with x chromosome of woman then a boy is born. Simple!
