John Locke was a famous English Philosopher. He was one of the most influential philosophers who emphasized on enlightenment and liberation. Locke believed that people were born without any innate ideas and were good by birth. On the other hand Thomas Hobbes was also an English Philosopher and is known for his works in politics, history, theology etc. He was the one who emphasized on strong and central authority so that all the people can be controlled from doing evil.
