2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Radio waves are the electromagnetic waves and they can travel with or without a medium. Unlike mechanical waves which need something to travel in, the radio waves can travel in vacuum. Moreover, radio waves have characteristics parts like mechanical waves including wavelength, frequency and amplitude but still they behave differently as compare to the mechanical waves.
