Can They Garnish 25% Of My Check With A Child Support Order?
Paying on a garnishment of 25% and now have a child support order. I realize that comes first, but can they still garnish my check 25% after that?

The second garnishment is usually less if you're income is low. 25% is still not that bad.

Yes, they can garnish your check for both at 25 percent, however, depending on your income the second garnishment might be lowered until the first one is paid off. Good-Luck.

You are getting off cheap. Pay your arrears and this will likely be eased a bit at least but don't look for a majority to sympathize with this piddly amount!
