How Do You Evict A Live-in Tenant When There Is No Written Contract Of Any Kind Lease Or Otherwise?

The tenants have not paid rent this month. They have been there 4-5 months and have not paid any of the utilities as per in the verbal agreement.she is also verbally abusive to the landlord and her cats have caused damage to the carpet and their room is a fire hazard.

    Oh dude, you are screwed!  In all states, that is concidered their home and it is very difficult to evict some WITH a lease, let alone without.  
    The only thing on your side it the fact that they are not paying bills and are causing property damage.  Contact your county office and file a complaint.  If you can afford a lawyer, I would call tomorrow.  In the future, make sure you have a well documented lease for any tennant.  Good Luck!

      Go to the courthouse and file for eviction, then have them served with the papers. Hope this helps, good luck.
