First get the denominator same so get -
    2( 4p+3)     ( 3p-3)
      -------    x  ----------
        4q          &nb... 4q

    = ( 8p+6)       ( 3p-3)

        -------     x ----------

             4q          4q

    =   12p^2 -6p-18            6(2p^2 - p - 3)
         -----------------  =     -------------------
           ... 4q          &nb... 4q

    =3   (2p-3)(p+1)
      -------------------
       2q

You can mult the lower term first because it's more simple then the equation will be [ (3p-3)*(4p+3)/8q^2 ]
then take every term individually from one bracket and mult. by the two terms of the second brackets
      the equation will be (12p^2+9p-12p-9)/8q^2
      at last
      (12p^2-3p-9)/8q^2
      may this help you
