Your breasts will go through a lot more than tingling soon. Your body is experience heavy hormonal spurts at this time. A lot of things will be different. It is better to seek the advice of your doctor. I've had 6 children and 12 pregnancies. I consider myself a pro by now. You can get your answers from your OB/GYN. Trust them, but if you are still uncomfortable with the answers you get, get a second opinion. Also, it is very important to relax. This is the time when you need the maximum risk.
