Can You Solve This 7/x+3 + 4x/x+6?

I would just like to get an explanation on how to answer this math problem??

    / is for division? ok well you must isolate the numbers and variables (x).  The problem with this problem is it was not written by a mathmatishin. I am not one of those, but I do know you are missing one thing. That is the answer. Or = sign.

    If it said 7x+3=y then I could it would be 10=x-y so x and y  could be a number of things. that would be  the final answer in a math book wich I have. If you want a real problem let me know and I will go dig it out and send you a few and c f  I can help. Y you would want to? ?? lets ask blurt? lol
