This is a situation that if acted upon will be taking a gamble. If it is bothering you that much that she doesn't know how you feel then I say you should tell her. But I should warn you- she may not give you the kind of response you want. It may take away from the friendship you guys have re-established. She may tell you she's happy with her new boyfriend. But, maybe she'll tell you she feels the same. Who knows? So again, if you don't feel like taking a risk like that I'd say appreciate the friendship you guys have now and try to move on. If it is bothering you a whole lot then good luck talking to her about it.

I think a lot of it depends on how her current relationship is going.  Is she having any relationship problems?  If she isn't then she probably won't respond the way you would like.  If she is then you might find that she might want to explore things with you.  I would make sure she is out of her current relationship before you explore things.  It makes it a lot less messy.

I would leave it alone for now and be happy that there is still a friendship to be had. Things in the future may change, but for now take it easy.
