I've Lived In An Apt In NJ For 12 Years, Is My Landlord Required To Repaint My Apt?
I want my apt repainted and would like to know if the landlord is required to paint.

Well at the time of your rental agreement, you must have agreed on such things. If this thing is written on the agreement then by law he is bound to do it otherwise, you can sue him.
But if it is not in your agreement then you can ask him politely and he should repaint the apt. It is all ethics and morality.
