How Do You Get A Articuno In Diamond. No Action Replay?

You must trade for it but the problem being is if you don't want a cheated Articuno but a captured one with no AR then your chance is zip my friend most people cheat to get the pokemon instead of importing them. I also use AR sometimes but not all the time like most do.

But if you want an articuno I can trade you one but I will need to use AR to get it.
