How Many Blurter's Were Smoker's And Now Have Quit Successfully?
I know I need to quit smoking, my problem is 1) I don't want to gain the extra weight as I'm trying to lose weight. 2) Even though they say it doesn't calm one's nerves, it seems to calm mine. 3) I just plain like my cigarettes especially after a lot of things I do. 4) Is it true, you truly can't quit and quit for good till you are ready? AND what is the easiest way to quit the habit?

When there is a will there is a way...
Don't worry there are many ways which can make your quiting easy..
There are different gums and other products but sometimes you have to be very careful with that and use them when you cant control yourself , don't make the habit of that, try using supplements like tea or coffee, but when you have stopped taking cigarettes than don't even look at them. Ultimately you are the only one who could help yourself. No one else or no other thing could.

I know some fellow workers that have quit using the gum.......most of them are still chewing it a year later! I know comes down to me, I know it is an unhealthy habit, I hate the smell of it, just love to smoke. When I get on the computer, I light up. After eating, I smoke, talking on the phone, I go get my cigarettes. Driving to work, looking for my cigs. and lighter before I pull the car out of the garage! (I don't smoke inside my home). Maybe I need to stop picking up the cigarettes one by one to try to break the habit I relate them to.
I am not the smoker but I believe that if you have determination you can do anything. It is just your thinking which is making you weak. With determination, human being has not explored the universe. Quit smoking is a small thing.
