What Is The Definition Of Agreements And Trade Negotiations In Accordance To International Trade?

The Agreements means meeting of minds between two contracting parties that deliberate mutually to execute a certian objectives within the international trading transactions. The Agreements can be oral or writen in the form of Memorundum Of Understanding, Charter, Lease, Treaties, Conventions, or any other form that stipulates Terms and Conditions guiding the parties to the contract to pursue their objectives. The Agreement is a methodology or Instrument of Negotiation that could be a Win-Win situations or causing either of the parties to give and take the benefits associated with the matter. The Mutual Agreement Procedure is a pillar for the Trade Agreements to resolve the disputes in case either of the parties violates the Terms and Conditions incumbent therein. On the other hand, Trade Negotiations are the Mutual concesus about the trade transactions i.e Exchange of goods and services in international businesses which must be executed through Agreements.
