Does Anyone Know What Would Cause LCD To Have 3 Large Black Lines Vertically Down The Screen?

This is probably problem due to damage of pixel of your LCD and you cannot repair it yourself until you don't have proper knowledge to repair this. It is better to take this LCD to repair technician that can repair this lcd.
