My Kitten Is Just 6mths Old And Around 5wks Pregnant, But Shes Been Getting The Runs Is This To Do With The Pregnancy??

We thought it might have been the wet foods she was eating so we changed brands but would still get runs, so we've put her on dry food which she doesn't seem happy with and seems even more hungry now???
