How Do You Make A Mission Statement?

A mission statement is a summary of a company's description. It is not a mandatory statement but used to expose themselves to the people they do business with. It states the purpose of the company. Most of the mission statements of the companies state that their main purpose is to make profit while giving best of their products and services. A mission statement should have these qualities. It should impress the public. It should motivate the existing employees and those who seek employment. It should be short and simple. Use of jargon should be avoided. It should be convincing as well. The mission statement should reflect the work, purpose, principles and goals of the organisation. You can take help of your employees and other workers for drafting a mission statement.

The Think Detroit Pal Untouchables two teams 14 years, under and 11 years and under. Consist of two well disciplined inner city softball teams.  The core fundamental are based on good sportsmanship and team efforts that will enhance the rule of getting along with others in life.  
     The basic principles are that fair play and working together are paramount, being on time and being prepared to meet the challenges by taking care of and having the necessary tools to play the game.
      We promote education because you must maintain good grades to play. Build work ethic thru insisting that each member be on time for games and attend practice to participate in the schedule contest.
These principles and fundamental help prepare our youth for the future and improve the environment and their quality of life in the community in which they will raise families.
