What you want are the province abbreviations.
Canada spans 7 or 8 time zones, it is simply massive!!
But the provinces are much bigger than US states.
AB=Alberta
BC=British Colombia
MB=Manitoba
NB=New Brunswick
NL=Newfoundland and Labrador
NS= Nova Scotia
NT=Northwest Territories
NU=Nunavut
ON=Ontario
PE=Prince Edward Island
QC=Quebec
SK=Saskatchewan
YT=Yukon Territories
You may also see, although not official:
Alta., Alb.=Alberta
CB=British Colombia in French
LB=Labrador
Man.=Manitoba
NE=French version of Nova Scotia
Nfld=Newfoundland
Ont.=Ontario
PEI=Prince Edward Island
