I am not sure if you can do an MBA in IT management or not. But with so many new avenues and subjects in which one can procure an MBA nowadays it is very likely that you can get in IT management too. But are you decided on MBA only. You have mentioned that you already have a diploma.

Why don't you try for other courses that will offer you the opportunity to get a better degree in this field? Your experience is an added bonus. But if you are keen only on MBA then the best solution is to approach a career consultant and ask for his guidance. He will be the best person to answer your question.
