Should have come with a USB cable and an install cd. You can download the latest software from HP on their website by searching for HP OfficeJet Pro L 7650. If you don't have a USB cable you can purchase one from just about any computer or office supply store, like best buy or officemax.
It should be a USB B connector to USB A connector. One is flat and wide the other is mostly square with the top two corners cut off. Ask them at the store and they should be able to help.
