Where Can The Alpine Lynx Be Found?

    The Alpine lynx is found mostly in North America, from Florida Everglades in the south to northern Mexico north into Canada. It was in the 19th century that the Alpine Lynx vanished from the Alps, except for France and Italy. However, till the 20th century, the Alpine Lynx were found in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Switerland and Slovenia and Croatia.

    The Alpine Lynx, aka Bobcat, is a domestic cat. They are very clever and watchful. The most attractive feature of this cat is its eyes. Its eyes are big and expressive. If seen from a particular angle, you will find different colors like blue, gold and green. Direct harassment along with environmental changes like deforestation is some of the main reasons for the abolition of the Alpine Lynx.
