There are certain tests that can be done at certain times. The heat stops whenever it normally would. If you mean you think your dog got pregnant during her heat, finished her heat and she is now bleeding then NO that shouldn't be happening either. If you bred your dog and she finished her cycle and is now bleeding you need to see your vet as soon as you can get there. This could be anything from a miscarriage to pyometra or anything in between and all serious.
