Beth Phoenix (real name Elizabeth Kocianski Carolan) and CM Punk (also known as Phillip Jack Brooks) are both wrestlers employed by WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment).
Whilst their on-screen characters were obviously romantically involved, I can confirm that the two were also an item in real-life.
