What Is Child Advocacy?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Child Advocacy refers to a variety of individuals, professionals and advocacy organizations which endorse the best development of children.

A person or association engaging in advocacy characteristically seeks out to defend children's rights which can be reduced or battered in quite a few areas. A child advocate characteristically signifies or lends voice to a person or group whose apprehension and interests are not given attention to. A child advocate will try his best to guard the child from being harmed and might also try to get justice for those children who have been harmed earlier. A child advocate may also make sure that the children have contact with positive influences or services which will help their lives in a big way like education, childcare and appropriate parenting.
