How To Make Spicy Pumpkin ?

    1 ½ lb pumpkin
    3 tablespoon oil
    1 large onion
    1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds
    2 sprig curry leaves
    1 tablespoon fish or chicken curry powder
    2-3 teaspoons chili powder
    ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    2 cups water
    1 teaspoon salt
    Sugar to taste

    Prepare the pumpkin and set aside. Heat the oil and fry the onion until golden, then add mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry until mustard seeds pop. Add the spice powders and fry for 30 seconds, then put in pumpkin and stir for a minute or two, until well cooked and coated with spices. Slowly add water to it, stirring, and then add salt and sugar to taste. Simmer, uncovered, until tender and dry. . Toss and serve. Colors and textures contrast beautifully in this southern Indian dish. It is a very simple and delicious dish, and is an Indian cuisine. It serves to be a delicious and elegant dish with a spectacular taste.  It basically has simple and easy ingredients and can be easily made at home, wherever needed or wanted. One can also make it when guests are expected. This dish proves to be a fabulous dish with simple ingredients.
