Does Low Potassium Cause Migrines/headaches?
I have been recently diagnosed with migrines. I also have been found to have low potassium and wonder if the two are linked.

I think its not because Potassium is an element (and an electrolyte) that's essential for the body's growth and maintenance. It's necessary to keep a normal water balance between the cells and body fluids. Potassium also plays an essential role in the response of nerves to stimulation and in the contraction of muscles. For low potassium, what you need is Potassium Citrate which involved in cardiovascular health, energy production and more and on herbal vitamins and supplements has that to offer.
