Could be many things. Allergies are still going around, could be that or if you didn't drink enough fluids, that will make you dizzy, getting up or down too fast, over exerting yourself, lack of sleep, or even a cold coming on maybe an earache or your ear draining...

Many things could cause dizziness,dehydration,low or high blood pressure,low or high blood sugar,sinus infection,pregnancy, early stages....seek medical assistance.

I'm no doctor but when I see the word dizzy I've been through just about every type so I'll throw in my two cents. The first problem is the definition.  If there's a sense of rotation or spinning with it-it's pointing to your ears.  Doesn't take much to spin if it is...sometimes just rotating your head side to side while laying down will do it.  If it's the sense of dizziness 'whenever' it's tougher to figure out. Temporary drops in blood sugar could trigger it, I'd imagine low red cell blood counts could, all though that wasn't the case for me.  It could even be triggered by mild depression.  I'd get a blood profile done and see if all is in order. Of course check the usual vitals like blood pressure and pulse rate along the way.  The causes are extensive but perhaps this is of some help, hope you feel better. Oh yes, can't forget the meds-they can do it too...especially if you began something new.
