Method 1--
Install the software of the printer with the product cd which is come with printer.
Insert the product CD into the CD drive of the computer, and then wait a few seconds for the software installer to start.
If the installer does not start automatically, click Start , click My Computer , and then double-click the CD drive.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
Method 2---
Download the printer driver software from the hp website. If you haven't cd or software cd of the printer.
You can download the printer software from hp website according to printer model number and windows operating system.
After downloading full feature software of the printer you can follow these steps.
When the download is complete and you are ready to install the files, click Open Folder , and then click the downloaded file. The file name ends in .exe .
You can accept the default location to save the files. Click Next , and then wait while the installer extracts the files to prepare for installation.
When the Install Wizard starts, follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
