    I Have A Retraining Order On My Bank Account For A Debt That Was Charged Off And Is 10 Years Old. How Can I Get It Removed? Also I Have Not Worked Since October 2003 And The Agent Said That He Called My Last Place Of Employment And They Said I Am Employed. He Is Lying. He Also, I Need To Fax Him My Last Two Bank Statements And He Will Make A Decision. I Only Have $409 Coming In Per Month There Is No Way I Can Pay Him $3,300.00. The Collection Agency Is FAB

    GO TO THE BANK AND TALK TO A MANGER THERE. TELL THEM WHAT,S GOING ON. BUY LAW THEY HAVE TO GIVE YOU A REASON ABOUT WHY THEY STILL HAVE THAT ON YOUR ACCOUNT.I HAVEN,T WORKED SINCE 2003 ALSO. BUT I NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THAT HAPPENED. TALK TO SOMEONE. SCOBBY-DOO
