If You Wrote A Book, What Would It Be About?

My young husband died last year.  He was the pastor of a church.  After he died, some members of that church berated me, shamed me, criticized and humiliated me making my grief and trauma worse.  So I would write a book on HOW NOT TO TREAT PEOPLE WH HAVE SUFFERED A LOSS AND ARE GRIEVING.  And send the first copies to them!

If i were to write a book, i would frame it around the personified character of power, designing the plot on the myth of lust for resources and rule, fitting in their counterparts of trade and treaties and putting challenges of rebellion and revolutions punctuated by the emotional upheavals of family and romance in between to give it a touch of complete account.

If I were to write a book, it would be a story. A story about a girl, an orphan. I would describe the hardships she went through to meet her sister who had no idea about her existence. Her sister would work in Hollywood as an Oscar winner at 19 and the major character of my story would be a waitress in a restaurant. The plot would unfold with mysteries, secrets and lies.

I actually did write a book.  Well, a first draft of a book, and it needs a lot of major rewrites to fix the problems, if I chose to do so, or just abandon it--it was mostly the thoughts of the characters and very little action.  But it involved a succubus turning good and teaming up with a detective in order to prevent an all-out war by the demons and unseelie court against the forces of man.

I would write the book about a girl,called amelia,who is being abused by her dad because her mum is at work when he abused her and she never plays with anyone because she worries about how her dad is going to abuse her and then in the morning her mum asks about her cuts and bruises and she says she accidentally fell off the monkey bars at school because her dad says he will hurt her if she does and then a day later her teacher notices that everyday she gets more and more bruises and cuts so she asks after school and amelia finally comes clean about it and her teacher calls the police and her dad goes to jail but 4 years later he is released and he comes back then he kills her in the night.
