    I'm 14 And My Parents Are Getting A Divorce And Me And My Mom Are Always Fighting Now And Neither Of Us Can Take It Anymore I Want To Live With My Dad, What Do I Do?

    I want to live with my dad because me and my mom are always fighting she is making me live at her boyfriends because she says she is the adult and can make me. I want to live with my dad but mom says i cant because of his girlfriend. Its a real messed up situation because both my parents are still together legally can she make me go somewhere against my will like that when i could be at my own home . I'm 14 can i move. She says the judge won't let me what do i do?

    I am not a professional honey but ,you really should talk to your dad about your feelings and whats being said and whats going on with your mom. Your dad has every right to ensure your happiness. I am almost positive something legally can be done with this.

      Honey, talk to both of your parents at the same time.. If you do then they will know what everybody's thinking and they will talk it out... I'm sorry but you can't move out.
