Well.. It sounds like worms since she is licking her bottom... Check her poo and see if it is normal... If it is runny or their is actual worms (small white things) then you need to take her to the vet ASAP to get her checked out and treated... Is she actually licking her bottom or her potty area?? Also you said she is chubby... Is there a possibility that she is pregnant. That could account for things.
If she is acting different that usual I would take her to the vet regardless of what it could be. It's better to be safe than sorry. Banfield at Petsmart is open on Sundays and they are reasonably priced and you dont have to have an appointment.
