My Heat Isn't Working And My Car Is Overheating And I'm Afraid It's My Thermostat. How Can I Fix It?

My car is overheating before i can drive a mile down the road. There is coolant and sealant in the radiator. I am not sure if I burned out my thermostat or what?

Most often, if your engine gets hot quickly, it's because the thermostat is stuck in the closed position and it would need to be replaced.
That is the most common problem, with what you have described is happening to your car concerning overheating after driving 1 mile.
Or, you could have a heater core problem.
