to start with , if you have a bad gall bladder, see a doctor. your gall bladder filters out fats .but if you stay away from veggies that are hard to digest ( corn onions, cellary, also peppers ,almost anything with seeds) that will help. but sooner or later you'll have to get the bladder removed. it will kill you if it goes bad. the pain is unreal. yes i had mine out years ago now i eat anything i won't.
