Give your dog a bath in flea soap and put a flea collar on the dog and keep the flea collar current by following the directions on how long the flea collar is supposed to last and renew it when necessary.

Flea collars don't really work. your dog needs flea control like Advantix or front-line. you apply it to your dogs skin (behind the shoulder blades) once a month. baths won't hurt either. if your dog has fleas and is inside your house, you most likely have fleas in your house and should really clean your carpet or fog or whatever it's called your house... fleas suck!

My dog had fleas and Front-line really works well (great for ticks, too).
