Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A four-year (bachelor's degree) in college, plus four years of veterinary medicine school.

To practice as a vet in the U.S., you need a four-year degree (that's
four years after your four years of college) from an accredited college
of veterinary medicine with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M. Or
    V.M.D.).

Veterinarians also need a license to practice.
