I Have A Question About Cat Seizures? I Am Not Sure If This Was Even A Seizure. So Hopefully, Can Someone Help Me Out?

My cat was sitting beside me when I heard her starting to snort. Her jaw seemed to be stuck open and she was pawing at her face\nose. Her head was down and her bottom jaw was against her neck. I tried rubbing her back to talk to her and she pawed my hand away. I left her alone and she started to growl\howl. This went on for what seemed forever but realistically probably 20-30 seconds. She did not lose any body fluids or twitch and seemed normal afterwards. Can their jaws get locked open?? What happened?

Symptoms which you are mentioning are not of seizure. Because in seizure, there is loss of consciousness, contraction of body muscles, non-responsive, uncontrolled salvations, urination and defecation. After the seizure, confusion, restlessness and temporary blindness is also seen.
There is possibility of jaw lock. There is also possibility that she tried to catch  flea or insect sitting on her neck and her jaw became locked.
Wait for few more days and if she suffer again with same symptoms then take her to vet.
